About the job:
 Would you like to join us on our mission to make the earth healthy via food? Do you have extensive understanding of medical nutrition and an interest in the healthcare industry? To join our Medical Affairs and Market Access team, we are now seeking a responsible and committed team player! In this position, you will have the chance to collaborate extensively with our customer loyalty team, making sure that our customers' opinions are heard and that they feel supported by receiving expert nutrition advice and responses to inquiries about our products. 
You will be the person to contact with inquiries about the therapeutic areas and our extensive product selection. 
You will assist the medical affairs activity plan for outside partners by working with the medical, marketing, and sales teams. 
You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments in this position and report to the Medical Affairs and Market Access Manager. 
About the job: 
The duties of this position are divided into two categories: medical support and customer care. 
Customer Care: 
Respond to consumer, healthcare professional, and patient inquiries as well as internal requests from the commercial team. 
Manage all incoming calls and emails pertaining to products and medicine. processing complaints in line with the procedure. 
Organise and assist the SNA group in other Nordic nations by arranging Q&A sessions, monthly sharing, and the sharing of pertinent information and best practices. 
Examine gathered Salesforce data to find patterns, week signals, and, if needed, notify pertinent functions. 
Medical Support: 
In order to provide credible and scientific communication, assist the medical and marketing teams with the creation, evaluation, and revision of HCP/patient materials, product sheets, and medical content materials. In accordance with corporate procedures and policies, assist the Medical Affairs and Market Access Manager in developing medical education programmes, selecting speakers, and setting up the logistics for speakers at national and regional congresses and gatherings. 
Conduct learning modules, presentations, and medical/product training sessions on a regular basis for the commercial operations, including the onboarding of new staff members. 
Business intelligence, or BI, Keep up with news, trends, and articles about nutritional treatment and priority areas. 
Summarise important points to keep the organisation current. 
About you:

In addition to the aforementioned, we think the following competencies are necessary for you to be successful in this position. a degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field. understanding of therapeutic diets. 
Strong awareness of the regulations governing scientific and medical communication, as well as the healthcare environment. experience in a customer-focused field, such as customer service. complete proficiency in Swedish and English. 
Presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. proactive and driven by themselves. 
Good self-management abilities, well-organized, and capable of handling complexity. high standards of morality and ethics in business. 
For this role, a lot of emphasis will be placed on personal traits, so don't be afraid to apply even if you don't have expertise in some of the previously mentioned fields. With some travel, the position will be situated in Solna, Stockholm.
