Tasks:
 Development of the Strategy: You are the mastermind behind our SEO plan. You are in control from conception to completion. 
Team Leadership: You'll guide a group of SEO experts and promote an atmosphere of constant enhancement with your knowledge and expertise. 
Competition Analysis: You monitor the market closely, evaluate our rivals, and find fresh chances to propel us forward. 
Content Optimisation: You work closely with our marketing and content departments to make sure that our content is optimised for search engines and is also relevant.
 Technical SEO: You collaborate with our development team to maintain our website current and are aware of the technical facets of search engine optimisation. 
Performance Tracking: Using the right tools and KPIs, you’ll evaluate the effectiveness of our SEO efforts and adjust the strategy accordingly.
 Requirements: 
Many years of SEO wisdom, preferably in the e-commerce industry. 
Thorough understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO, as well as technological SEO. 
A track record of inspiring and motivating a team as a leader. 
A strong analytical ability combined with a data-driven approach.
 Inventiveness to find novel approaches to steadily boost organic traffic.
 A strong interest in current advancements and trends in the SEO industry. fluent in both English and German.
