Role: Immigration Consultant
Type: Full-time, On-site
Responsibilities:
Handle immigration-related issues for local and international clients. Prepare and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Give clients professional advice on immigration law, keeping them updated on the procedure and prerequisites. Provide clients with advice on immigration laws around the world, including best practices and insights. Make sure that immigration laws are followed, and keep abreast of any changes to the legislation. Work together with internal teams to enhance service delivery and optimize processes. Keep thorough records of all communications with clients and the status of applications. uphold the business's dedication to providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of immigration law, visas, and difficulties. Demonstrated expertise in providing immigration service consultation. Knowledge of international immigration laws and regulations. Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities. Strong ability to solve problems and pay close attention to details. Expertise working with customers from a variety of backgrounds. The capacity to remain up-to-date on modifications to immigration rules and regulations. Strong organizational abilities and capacity for effectively handling several things at once.
