- Industry-Academia Linkages
The position holder is primarily supposed to:
- Support in implementation of Talent Acquisition roadmap for a rapidly growing environment, with highest of agility, in conjunction with Business Leadership.
- Have working knowledge of Technical Assessment of candidates while working in conjunction with Technical Teams
- Be well versed with insights of all engineering and IT positions with know how of highly advanced technologies such as Cloud, Networks, Data centers and programming languages etc.
- Have a Can Do Attitude with openness to learn and urge to grow
- You are in the spotlight if you come from a tech background
- Have Technical Recruitment as a forte, with a meticulous focus on proactive development of Talent Pool to ensure minimal gap in pitching right candidate for vacant positions
Requirements
- Be a Business graduate or IT/CS, (preferably Masters level) holder with a sound working knowledge of HR,
- Preferably have 3 plus years of experience out of which there a reasonable fraction should be in a technical recruitment role
- Someone who accepts mentoring as a way of improvement with a focus of learning and growing with the team
- Be ready to develop own successor, hence move on to a higher position
- Should be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with very good analytical skills
- Good Communication Skills in English.
