Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer with extensive understanding of departmental operations and a solid background in human resources. The ideal applicant will be able to comprehend the particular needs and requirements of various departments and play a critical role in supporting and improving our organization's human resources activities. Working days - (Sunday - Friday- alternate Sunday working, Saturday -Fixed off) UAE Driving License is mandatory. Experience in Manual Payroll and ESOB required. Industry Experience - Any Gender - Any.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
Work together with department heads to determine the workforce requirements. Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting job openings to orienting new employees. - Hold orientation meetings for new hires to make sure they integrate into the company smoothly. Employee Relations: - Foster positive relationships between employees and management. - Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution. - Survey staff members to get their opinions and gauge morale.
- Departmental Collaboration:
Gain a thorough awareness of the roles and objectives of every department. - Work together with department heads to make sure HR strategies complement departmental goals. - Provide HR assistance based on the unique requirements of every department.
- Training and Development: Determine which departments require more training, then organise the appropriate initiatives. - Create career development plans for staff members in collaboration with departmental leaders. - Put ideas into action to improve knowledge and skills among departments.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
Create and revise HR policies in compliance with organisational requirements and labour regulations. - Ensure departmental compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Advise departmental heads on HR-related legal issues.
Skills:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated three years or more of experience in an HR officer or related function. - A thorough understanding of labour laws, best practices, and HR regulations. - Thorough knowledge of the roles that departments play inside an organisation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Driving License Mandatory - Pref Language- Hindi and English.
