Your mission:
Reporting directly to the management, you will be responsible for the planning, control and optimization of operational processes in the tax firm, with an important focus on IT & digitalization. Your mission is to relieve the partners (management) in the administrative and organizational areas, as well as in contractual, IT and strategic HR topics. It is important to know that there is a classic secretariat with 3 people who carry out the classic office activities. Your focus is different: you take on the more technically demanding activities and work closely with the management.
Your tasks:
Close cooperation with an experienced partner who will also provide you with comprehensive personal support, training and further education Central contact person for IT & digitalization topics (Datev, office technology, employee equipment, management of external service providers, telephone contracts with partners, etc.) Responsible for compliance with the regulations of the Money Laundering Act, implementation of processes Responsible for compliance with data protection regulations. Responsible for controlling external facility management. Drafting sample letters and sample objections, sending out client information. Responsible for office organization (monitoring anniversaries, birthdays, company parties, etc.) and organization together with the secretariat. Support with strategic HR topics (contract management, onboarding process, participation in application and personnel interviews), note: operational HR work (payroll accounting, etc.) is carried out by a separate team and is therefore not part of your tasks.
Your profile:
You are a tax clerk or tax specialist (m/f/d) have a degree with a focus on taxes or come from a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree program. Ideally, you have already gained experience in tax offices and are therefore familiar with the processes and structures. You are enthusiastic about the digitalization of processes and IT tools and love working digitally and independently. Independent working style with high quality standards and willingness to undergo further professional training as well as the ability to work in a team. Knowledge of the relevant software (e.g. DATEV, MS Office). I enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication abilities. Fluent German, knowledge of English a plus.
