Job Description:
Overview of the role 
To assist the Store Manager to drive sales by managing the smooth functioning of the store and control the store team to ensure all work / policies & procedures are carried out within the remit of ‘Store daily operations’ (sales; merchandising standards, customer service; store finance; store HR, store logistics; health & safety and security).Achieve the most profitable operation possible; maintain a high standard of customer service; and effectively manage allocated resources to meet the financial and commercial store goals that have been agreed upon.
What you will do:
1. Customer Service:
Has a REAL customer focus establishes & communicates customer goals and targets while ensuring the highest quality service and results for customers, articulates a strong understanding of customers’ needs and does significantly more than required.sets an example for other staff members by concentrating company strategy on delivering great service and raising customer satisfaction. makes sure that the store team prioritizes all aspects of "customer service" and is always looking for ways to do better.
2. Store standards & Displays:
Make sure that every implementation at the store level is finished to the agreed-upon high standards, regardless of the subject matter, and that all store teams are aware of and have access to escalation mechanisms. creates and implements all "retail basics," such as clear shelf edge pricing, on-shelf availability, general store standards, great customer service, and "queue management."
In addition to the Regional Visual Manager, they will be in charge of maintaining visually appealing and functional displays inside the store. To guarantee the least degree of disturbance, any new promotional activity requiring adjustments to the display should be properly planned and organized. is in charge of making sure the display represents and supports the product's appropriateness for the promotional calendar and is always required to uphold the brand's integrity through corporate display guidelines. 
3. The availability of stocks:
To guarantee the availability and safety of merchandise in the store by carrying out prearranged delivery schedules and adhering to corporate policies concerning inventory management. to communicate with the buyers and the operations manager on the range, quality, and ordering levels of the products and to provide feedback as needed. maintains appropriate in-store stock control by communicating with the inventory team and support desk to satisfy consumer and business needs.

4. Deployment of Resources and Administration:
It is necessary for him to supervise the use of resources and to continuously push his team to make the best use of every resource. By making sure that material, financial, and human resources are deployed as efficiently as possible and by communicating with subordinates to ensure that goals, targets, and metrics are understood, you may increase operational cost effectiveness. oversees the personnel, expenses, and yearly sales to make ensuring the store's performance stays within the allocated funds. 
5. Human Resource Management:
The job holder will carry out recruitment tasks as needed with the help of the HRBP. They will also make sure that all workers receive the necessary training and development to guarantee efficient staffing and the attainment of high standards for both internal and external customer service. 6. Monitoring & Control:
The job holder is ultimately in charge of guaranteeing adherence to the company's policies and procedures through supervision and delegation. The Job holder will be responsible for ensuring his teams develop self-checking as a normal part of their daily routine. Meet the company's goals by taking swift action to address deviations from the plan and reviewing performance on a monthly basis. 
Ensure the effective implementation of Group & Business Administrative policy and procedures, in collaboration with the Regional Admin & Compliance Manager and maintain high operational store standards, processes and systems in conformity with the authorized Group and Brand guidelines. Ensure that proper management of all store functions are maintained & implemented, which will contribute to the efficient and coordinated operation of the store as a whole. (Includes compliance with all SOP’s). 
Conducts the stock count as per the defined process in the store and in conjunction with Regional Admin & Compliance Manager and develop stock loss action plans. Costs and expenses related to shop supplies, stationery, etc. are continuously reviewed to make sure they stay within the allocated budget. 
Examine and comment on the reports from the internal store audit, then take the appropriate corrective action.

7. Cooperation and Teamwork:
collaborates closely with the regional team to guarantee that the best possible range presentation is offered in-store.
plays a crucial part in coordinating all actions related to store and customer deliveries with the logistics manager.
To reach the desired availability of the top lines in shops, carefully collaborate with the inventory team to ensure that the auto replenishment is functioning and to periodically check for any problems with inventories not being supplied by the system.
