Regarding the position
As the first point of contact for technology partners, they assist external providers in integrating with Xentral technologies (e.g., through webhooks and APIs). You coordinate external integrations with internal teams, value customers and business potential, and find technology partners for the development of your own apps or modules. Additionally, you uphold the Xentral-Connect Partner and provide a quality assurance process, including certification and upgrade management, for external integrations and apps.
Your Tasks:
. You are Integrationspartner's primary point of contact: You provide assistance with inquiries on Xentral Integrations, documentation, and technologies (such as Webhooks and APIs).
. You start by interacting with internal teams: You collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to assess the external integration value for customers and Xentral.
. You have the best technical partner: When developing your own apps or modules, you should refer to best practices, solution design, and architecture.
. Your best partner on Xentral Connect: You assist your partner in using Xentral Connect for customer integrations.
. You develop and implement a quality assurance process to: The process of testing, verifying, and overseeing updates for external integrations and applications
. You value the business potential of new integrations: You can be sure that they meet Xentral's customer needs and business objectives.
Your profile: 
. You have at least five years of real-world experience implementing and integrating ERP/e-commerce systems, as well as a bachelor's or master's degree in an IT or technical field.
. You have strong project management skills and a proactive, customer-focused work style.
. You have established expertise in the fields of databases, architecture, integration technologies, and contemporary application development (Cloud Native).
. You are knowledgeable about middleware, APIs, and IT security concepts in relation to application integration.
