Our mission as a Squad Lead is to enhance the Regate product and save certified accountants and their clients time and frustration.
Impact: As the leader of a team responsible for a portion of the Regate app, you will improve the product and guarantee the scalability and quality of our systems.
As our Regate team's Squad Lead, you will:
• Oversee the implementation of new features and significant refactorings for the Invoicing squad, which is in charge of client invoices via the Regate app.
• Improve team performance with a strong quality-driven attitude, continuous improvement, and agile best practices.
• Conduct quarterly progress evaluations and one-on-one meetings with your team members to provide them frequent feedback.
• To ensure seamless delivery, work together with the product, design, and engineering leadership teams to develop a team vision and plan.
• Participate in cross-squad projects that enhance our engineering processes and have a significant role in the larger engineering organization.

• You'll work with a group of seasoned engineers who are advancing financial technology.

• Change management: leading your group through the process of integrating Regate's team into Qonto's operating system will be a challenge.

About You:
• Technical Leadership: You've demonstrated a strong ability to guide tech teams to accomplish important product milestones. You will lead by example and promote technical excellence if you have a solid foundation in backend technologies using Ruby, Python, Rust, Golang, Javascript, or full-stack development.
• Team Development: Creating a high-performing team will be facilitated by your enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing talent.
• Stakeholder Management: The success of our initiatives will depend on your capacity to work well with product managers and other stakeholders.
