Your task
For our portfolio of B2C mobile apps, we are seeking an App Growth Manager who will be in charge of developing, overseeing, and refining real-time monetization strategies and experiments. Utilizing user analytics, behavioral insights, and thorough A/B testing, you will improve the user journey from a monetization standpoint and propel ongoing revenue development in this position.
Your job will be to create and implement engaging in-app promotions, events, and content that optimizes our applications' social, musical, and interactive revenue potential. Performing experiments and A/B testing to verify and improve monetization techniques will be a major part of your duties. Someone with experience in interactive media or gaming who can apply experimental and monetization strategies to non-gaming apps would be perfect for this role.
What you will be doing
. A/B testing and experimentation: Create, carry out, and evaluate A/B tests and other studies to verify theories on monetization tactics. Make data-driven decisions that improve user engagement and income by applying statistical rigor to the interpretation of outcomes.
. Monetization Strategies: Find, create, and put into action monetization options, such as advertising placements, in-app purchases, time-limited deals, and subscription upsells. Work together with the data and product teams to maximize LTV based on testing results.
. Protocol Development: Create and improve best practices and monetization protocols, making sure that all apps are consistent and efficient through ongoing testing.
. Event & Campaign Management: To increase income, plan, carry out, and optimize live events, promotions, and content changes across many applications. Based on experimental data, tailor these efforts to the distinct user base and revenue possibilities of each app.
. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track conversion metrics, user spending patterns, and revenue performance with data analytics solutions. Analyze and report on monetization efforts on a regular basis, using trial results to inform future tactics.
. Segmenting users: Create and use segmentation techniques to tailor offers and monetization activities to various user categories (e.g., high spenders, potential spenders). Experiment with focused strategies to optimize revenue.
. User experience Optimization: From a monetization standpoint, map and improve the user experience, making sure that monetization touchpoints are useful and easily integrated. Utilize test findings to improve the user experience.
. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Using insights from A/B testing and experimentation, closely collaborate with product managers, designers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to improve the user journey and match monetization efforts with app goals.
What you'll require to be successful
. Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation: three to five years of expertise creating and implementing A/B testing and experiments pertaining to user engagement and monetization in B2C or gaming mobile apps.
. Experience with Gaming B2C Mobile applications: Three or more years of experience experimenting with monetization techniques for gaming or B2C mobile applications in interactive media, such as music or social discovery.
. Monetization Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in using monetization strategies and utilizing experimentation to increase income in applications that aren't games, such social, music, or analytics apps.
. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques is necessary to plan experiments, evaluate findings, and produce useful insights for monetization plans.
. Technical Proficiency: Able to manipulate, analyze, and experiment with data using tools like SQL, Excel, and statistical software (like R, Python).
. Knowledge of Protocols: Capacity to create and use best practices and monetization protocols for various apps based on testing results.
. User Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize user segmentation expertise to customize events and monetization campaigns to various user profiles, increasing relevance and revenue through focused trials.
