The department is led by the administration's HR manager and the department consists of 18 employees, including HR specialists, HR administrators and development managers.
The department has a high level of service characterized by competence and is an important partner within the administration. As an HR specialist, you will act as a strategic partner to one or two of our business units, providing support in all HR matters through a consultative approach. The position also includes being a process leader in one or more of the city's common HR processes, where you are expected to drive and develop the work within that process for the administration.
For this position, we are specifically looking for you with solid experience in labor law, collaboration and contract and working time issues. Furthermore, your role includes supporting other HR processes as needed and you will be an important part of the change and culture work that is an important issue for the administration. Urban environment is still a relatively newly formed organization and with that it is important that you thrive in contexts where development and change are close at hand and that you are involved in driving that development forward.
Qualifications:
The position requires an academic degree in human resources. We are looking for you who are senior in your skills and have worked for at least 7 years in HR. To be suitable for this position, you need to have solid experience in labor law and collaboration with the unions. We also see that you have experience in contract and working time issues.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the salary process and that you have project management skills, as we have a lot of work going on in the administration with, among other things, cultural work and the managerial head for managers. You are comfortable working with trade union partners and we assume that you have good knowledge of the Office package and a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. As an HR specialist, you are the face of our organization, which requires good service skills and a pleasant and respectful approach.
As a person, you are self-confident and driven to develop and improve the HR area. You have the ability to see how HR can help the business achieve its goals and succeed with its challenges. Your approach is consultative, professional and coaching. You have the ability to independently pursue issues, are proactive and clear in your communication with obvious integrity. You are used to working in a team with colleagues, where unpretentiousness, cooperation and helpfulness are of great importance to solve tasks within the group.
Welcome with your application!
