In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
 Increase Industrial Software License, Subscription, and Service Orders. 
In charge of meeting or surpassing yearly order targets for enterprise accounts and a designated geographic area.
 In charge of the complete sales process, place a high priority on prospective sales, and expand your current footprint all while ensuring that critical performance goals are satisfied. 
 

Build Trusted Advisor Relationships: 
Builds connections with sponsors who are C-Level executives in Business, Digital, and IT for designated accounts; takes part in the creation of software solutions to enhance clients' operational metrics; and represents Emerson in QBRs by contributing value through advice, solutions, and implementation expertise.

Demonstrate Customer and Situational Awareness: 
Gain a thorough understanding of the competitive environment, technology strategy, growth plans, and technological footprint of the allocated account. 
To stay informed about major industry trends and concerns affecting the prospect, review public material (e.g., press releases, earnings statements, and announcements of new executive appointments) for the firm and its rivals. 
 

Drive Account Leadership: 
Drive the creation and implementation of assigned account strategies, customer mapping, partner priorities and challenges, and sales cycle optimisation using centred around value solution selling approaches that prioritise business results, ROI, and rationale definition. 
The goal is to have nominated accounts serve as references for Emerson Customer Success. 
Create a high-level data management and analytics plan that considers controlling positioning in related enterprise sales initiatives. tight business relationships with designated important customers and their locations, either locally or internationally.

 Practice Sales Excellence:
 User of standard operating procedures for Solution Selling and Sales Methodologies Inform the internal leadership and the advertising team on the customer, their needs, your sales approach, and your account plans. 
Lead the company's own sales team through the steps of opportunity review and deal approval.
 Manage the entire sales process by enlisting the help of the proper Pre-Sales, Professionals Services, and and Industrial Solution Group personnel. 
Communicate client needs, drivers, and sales plan to the team and leadership in an effective manner.

For This Role, You Will Need: 
An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a business-related discipline. 
Three to five years minimum of experience selling enterprise software to IT decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, and C-level targets) or developing software platforms. 
An understanding of the purchasing and decision-making processes of the customer; a track record of performing well at various levels and influencing important decision-makers inside the client organisation. 
Understanding of financial models, synchronised operations, functional architectures, and the influence of technology; also capable of converting business requirements into functional specifications. 
Outstanding leadership, technical, analytical, presentation, consensus-building, and communication abilities. Business-level English proficiency is a requirement. 
 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
 8 to 10 years of verified experience. 
A track record of success as an enterprise sales and account manager in the fields of commercial software (real-time structures, historians, data processing, analytics, and asset management) and operational technology (OT). 
Reaching business goals in an incredibly dynamic company environment, such as revenue targets, high net promoter score, and customer focus.
