YOUR ROLE - WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:
 Do you already have in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors? SAP HR is your thing? Do you also have a strong internal and external service orientation and good technical and business understanding? Then join us as a (Senior) Consultant SAP Application Management HCM / SuccessFactors (all genders) and support us in expanding Application Management for SAP HR. In your role, you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers and advise them on the mapping of optimized processes in existing SAP ERP HCM or SuccessFactors systems.
 Your specific area of responsibility: 
Close to the customer: You will be the main point of contact for our customers for product-related questions - helping to build and maintain customer relationships via ticket system, email or telephone or conference call. Hands-on: Solve customer questions and inquiries by identifying problems, researching answers, working with vendors or other team members and providing solutions to problems or creating appropriate workarounds. Troubleshooting: Analyzing customers' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Providing end-to-end support for complex applications for issues logged in the ticketing system is also part of your role. YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
 Degree (diploma, bachelor's or master's degree) or professional qualification in a technical or commercial field with several years of professional experience in customer support or SAP HCM / SuccessFactors consulting Several years of in-depth experience in SAP ERP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors as well as functional knowledge of at least one core module (PA/OM or EC) - of course we also offer additional training in this area. Excellent communication and documentation skills as well as analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working Proven experience in a customer-facing role and good knowledge of business and customer application support processes Proficiency in business German and strong written and spoken English abilities Willingness to visit the DACH region on occasion We guarantee that you'll feel right at home here!
