Our esteemed client is seeking an exceptional HR Manager to spearhead strategic personnel management initiatives, foster a vibrant organizational culture, and spearhead talent acquisition and retention tactics, all to facilitate the company's expansion and prosperity in the rapidly evolving industrial landscape of the United Arab Emirates.
--overseeing all recruiting, screening, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the team. This includes managing human resources functions at all locations and facilities.
- Creating plans for output, efficiency, quality, and customer service; - Maintaining pay standards; - Evaluating and planning employee performance in light of job descriptions and goals.
- establishing procedures, obtaining resources, addressing problems, and leading projects involving change.
-Improving corporate human resources through the planning, execution, and evaluation of employee relations-related HR programs, policies, and practices.
- Taking care of the learning needs and challenges that certain employees or departments have in the classroom.
Working together with management and staff to encourage improved morale, output, and retention rates at work.
-To guarantee adherence to management instructions, HR policies and procedures must be developed, reviewed, and approved.
- Maintaining performance management, which includes career development, coaching, and counseling, to assist line management.

- Creating the HR schedule for the plants.
Requirements:
--a bachelor's degree in economics, labor economics, industrial relations, labor engineering, or business administration is excellent.
- more than three years of experience managing a team and more than five years of experience putting organizational development processes into practice.
- fluency in Arabic and Hindi; proficiency in these languages is advantageous.
