Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a prominent plastic manufacturing company based in the UAE. In order to support the company's growth and success in the fast-paced industrial landscape of the Emirates, our respected client is looking for an outstanding HR Manager to lead strategic personnel management initiatives, cultivate a dynamic organizational culture, and drive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
-- Supervising human resources activities at all locations and facilities; working with the team to cooperatively manage hiring, screening, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary measures.
- Developing plans for production, productivity, quality, and customer service; - Keeping standards for remuneration intact; - Assessing and strategizing employee performance in relation to job descriptions and objectives.
- Creating processes, gathering assets, resolving issues, and spearheading change projects.
-Improving organizational human resources by organizing, carrying out, and assessing HR practices, policies, and initiatives related to employee relations.
- Attending to the educational requirements and difficulties that arise in the classroom for particular staff members or departments.
- Closely collaborating with employees and management to promote enhanced morale, productivity, and retention rates at work.
- Creating, reviewing, and endorsing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with management directives.
- Continuing to support line management with performance management, including career development, coaching, and counseling.
-establishing and implementing HR procedures in conjunction with the general manager while defining organizational criteria over seeing payroll operations for all employees.
-Creating the plants' HR schedule.
Requirements:
-- A bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, labor economics, industrial relations, labor engineering, or economics.
- Over three years of team management experience in addition to over five years of expertise implementing organizational development procedures.
- Fluency in Hindi and Arabic; knowledge of these languages is a plus.

- Excellent negotiating, presentation, and active listening abilities.
- The capacity to establish and maintain interpersonal connections at all organizational levels.
