. Experience running all areas of the BDR process including account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and objection handling.
. Self-starter with high motivation, independence, resilience, and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams.
. Ability to quickly learn & understand sophisticated business problems & translate customers' needs into solution plays.
. Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) and experience with sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.

Full fluency in both Swedish and English are a must. Additional Nordic languages are a plus.

We are happy to inform you that we are looking to add an experienced Integration Manager to our team right now. Helsinki, Finland will serve as the on-site location for this role.
Since the Integration Manager (IM) will serve as the point of contact (POC) and coordinate and communicate with several internal and external stakeholders, they should possess a strong combination of technical and project management expertise. The position necessitates identifying, managing, and coordinating the scopes and interdependencies of both internal and external stakeholders with the actual construction project. The IM is in charge of organizing the handover procedure and making sure that all expectations and necessary handover paperwork are fulfilled.
Duties:
. In charge of organizing and documenting the planning and implementation of the integration needs.
. One point of contact for overseeing and reporting on the planning and implementation of deliverables and scopes
. Determine, record, and oversee the aforementioned systems' construction phasing deliverables as well as associated CSA and MEP deliverables.
. Report on the status of the corresponding Design, Procurement, Execution, and Handover phases every two weeks.
. Create an Execution Plan for Integration
·Preside over internal integration sessions with the client.
. Oversee and guarantee adherence to the Telecom Material Procurement Procedure.
. Coordinate snagging and handover with the client.
. Participate in weekly workshops or design workgroup meetings as needed, including but not restricted to:
. Assist, mentor, and facilitate the installation and site onboarding scheduling (H&S, Method Statements, etc.)
. Assure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or equivalent. 
·Minimum of 5+ years' experience in construction related onsite project management, preferably in the Data Centre/Pharmaceutical sectors. ·Telecommunications Design/Installation experience preferred
