Sinch HR is presently undergoing a transformation to make it future-ready. With the creation of a Global HR Management capacity, this entails the development of new global HR procedures, the deployment of new HR technologies, and enhanced working methods.
We are currently seeking an HR Records Management Specialist to improve HR Operations.
 

About the Role:
The HR Information Management Specialist is in charge of overseeing and guaranteeing the organization's HR data's correctness, consistency, and integrity. The position entails aiding the company in upholding best practices in the management of data as well as adhering to legislative and regulatory regulations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
HR Data Management:
Maintain and update employee and organisational data in human resources management systems while guaranteeing data security, correctness, and integrity.
Conduct routine audits of HR data to find and fix mistakes, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
Create and put into effect managing information best practices and data entry methods.
Work together with IT and HR to improve data management procedures, resources, and effectiveness.
 

Compliance: 
Verify that HR information and procedures abide with regional, national, and worldwide labour laws and regulations. 
Keep abreast of pertinent labour laws, industry standards, and data protection legislation (such as GDPR), and adjust HR policies and procedures as necessary. 
As needed, compile and transmit reports of compliance to regularity authorities.
 Facilitate audits that are internal and external by supplying the information and records that are required. 
 

Reporting and Analytics: 
To aid in decision-making, create HR reporting and dashboards to leadership and other stakeholders. 
Determine trends and offer perspectives on human resources management and development by analysing HR data.
 

 HR Operations Team Member: 
Provide HR Service Centre with second-line support and, if necessary, first-line backup. 
The position is headquartered at our headquarters in Stockholm and is a member of the The Global Human Resources Operations team. 
It answers to the APAC/EMEA Regional HR Operations Manager, who will be headquartered in India. 
Joining a recently established team and expanding HR OPS skills internationally is a fantastic opportunity. 
 

About You: 
You must appreciate employed by a global setting and have a strong passion for HR, data, and communication in order to succeed in the position! 
You are a really good communicator. You possess a solid grasp of HR IS technologies and data management concepts, as well as excellent analytical abilities that enable you to decipher and utilise HR data. Proficiency with data and analytics, as well as HR systems familiarity with help desk software programs for tracking tickets, managing enquiries, and documenting resolutions demonstrated expertise in HR giving excellent client service. 
Fundamental understanding of HR procedures, regulations, and auditing expertise. Understanding of data laws, rules, and compliance requirements.
