Our expectations
accountancy, finance, or a similar discipline at the bachelor's degree level.
Ten years of accounting knowledge, with more than five of those years spent supervising and directing a big staff of professionals.
Experience with the successful implementation of financial shared service operations would be advantageous.
thorough understanding of the connection between the financial organization and the business units.
excellent familiarity with ERP accounting systems (SAP) and related infrastructure (such vendor invoicing management).
analytical mindset along with problem-solving skills that are development- and solution-focused.
proficiency with lean and standardization.
Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication (oral and written) abilities, as well as the capacity to operate in a cross-cultural setting.
fluent in English and Lithuanian (at least B2).
Accounting certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) and experience with IFRS will be viewed favorably.
