Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to fulfill the organization's hiring needs, especially in the engineering, business operations, and office operations roles
- Utilize specialized engineering knowledge to screen and evaluate candidates for technical competency and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, potential candidates, and documenting processes
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the quality of hires and efficiency of the recruitment cycle
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in CE / CS / ME / EE / Mechatronics or other engineering fields, Business fields with strong experience in Technical Recruitment can be considered.
- Strong understanding of engineering terms, concepts, and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to Explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
- Build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, accurate, with high attention to detail
- People-oriented, results-driven, and solution-focused, with the ability to prioritize and complete activities both individually and as a team
